How to add a lock button in home screen in Android

In always busy life we oftentimes needs our mobile phone to unlock and lock.  And of-course for this we use the company provided hardware key . But now you will no longer need to do this because you are going to learn how to add a lock button in home screen in your android phone.





Here are the steps to add a lock screen widget/button on your home screen:

STEP 1: Access the google android marketplace application from your phone.

STEP 2: In the opened app locate the "turn off screen" app under utility tab.

Install the application.

STEP 3: After installation the following screen will be appeared with two buttons one to add the widget and one to disable the widget. Select the enable button and the link for lock screen will appear on your home screen. To disable the widget click the disable link on the same screen. 

STEP 4: Now check the home screen of your phone . you will see a lock screen button. Just click that button and your phone will lock automatically.
